Corrective Action(s): The knives and insert for the knife holder was rewashed through the dishwasher. The area behind the knife holder was re-sanitized by a staff member.

Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks in the kitchen and the washrooms.
Coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Hot-held food was 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter at the plate.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside two buckets with wiping cloths.
No signs of recent pest activity at the time of inspection.
