Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted several single use gloves by the panini press in the staff room. Manager said panini press is for staff use and that they have the gloves to repackage chips into smaller portions.
Corrective Action(s): Hand wash station required in all food handling areas. This area is not approved for repackaging. Premises was not approved to repackage foods. Discontinue repackaging any foods and apply for health approval should you wish to repackage foods.

Observation: When inquired where sandwiches are kept, manager said they are kept in cooler unit in the office area which is right behind the tap area. Cooler unit had box of disposable gloves beside it and panini press on top. Manager said gloves are for the purpose of repackaging chips from larger bags and panini press is for staff use. Manager that sandwiches are provided to customers wrapped and said that they do not use panini press for customer food.
Corrective Action(s): Premises is not approved to be repackaging foods. Immediately discontinue repackaging. All foods intended for public consumption are to be stored and provided to customers from the tap/service area. Relocate sandwich cooler unit back to tap area. Sandwiches are to be provided to customers wrapped.

Observation: Panini press noted stored on cooler unit that had cioffi's sandwiches stored in it in the office area. Manager said panini press is for staff use.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate panini press into staff kitchen area. Cioffi's sandwiches to be stored in approved food area - tap area.

Cooler for sandwiches 4C --> Relocate this from office area to approved area (tap/bar area)
Glass washer: 12.5ppm iodine available. Test strips available but no records maintained.
Growlers are maintained by customers, they are rinsed with water before refill. Operator has right to refuse refill if growlers appear unsanitary.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity noted during inspection
Munchies dispensed into single use disposable cups with scoop. Scoop stored outside of munchies jar. Tongs used to dispense pepperoni sticks which are stored in an enclosed jar.
