Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is good. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers at adequate temperature. Temperature log available and in use. General food storage practice is good. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 74.3C at the plate level. Routine pest control in place. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions regarding this report.
