Observation: Lots of food and food crumbs were found underneath shelves in walk-in cooler and underneath prep tables
in food prep. area. Food crumbs can attact pests and potential contamination. Clean and sanitize the both area regularly.

Observation: Observed the final rinse (temp) of dishwasher was not met at 71C (measured at 68C) Improper temperature in final rinse can not kill pathogen on the dishware & utensils. Don't use sanitizing step after rinsing the dishware and utensils in the dishwasher.
1) Use a 3-compartment sink by hand washing or
2) Use the dishwasher for washing & rinsing step and then use other sinks for sanitizing step or
3) Use disposable dishes until the dishwasher is fixed in the final rinse step (must meet the temp. at least 71C) *Contact us when the dishwasher is fixed

- All freezers were at -18C or below
- 3 compartment sink by hand washing - sanitize step (bleach:200ppm)
- bleach solution baskets measured at 200ppm (for food contact surfaces)
- bleach spray bottle measured at over 500ppm (for high contact surfaces; tables, chairs in dine area)
- all hot holding units were at over 75C

- hand washing sinks equiped with liquid soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Pest control company visits monthly
The cover of ice holding unit opened during inspection.
Ensure the cover is closed during not busy time to prevent contamination
- lots of dust & food crumbs collected in the long stainless container under pizza dishes. Ensure the pizza dishes keep in sanitary condition by installing berriers between the dish and the long stainless container of keeping physical distance
- COVID-19 safety plan present and the facility complies with the plan.
