A follow-up inspection was completed: - Upright cooler in the waitress area had a temperature of 6C. The cooler has been designated to only store clean drink glasses as the operator determined the cooler is a wine cooler, and it isn't able to keep food below 4C. A sign is posted on the cooler to inform staff that only drink glasses to be stored in the cooler. - Violations have been corrected. - Operator agreed to have the report emailed to him.
