Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors by the dishwashing corner, staff washroom, and underneath kitchen equipment/cabinets at front. One dead mouse observed on one of the traps set in staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the trap with dead mouse removed. Ensure to have ALL droppings removed from floors. Have all affected areas sanitized using bleach.

**DROPPINGS MUST BE REMOVED FROM FLOORS DAILY. It is operator's responsibility to have all floors checked for droppings and remove droppings BEFORE initiating any food prep in the morning.

Observation: Floors require more frequent cleaning. Rodent droppings observed on floors by the dishwashing corner, underneath kitchen equipment and cabinets at front.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all floors cleaned as agreed at this time. Remove all rodent droppings from floors and have affected areas sanitized using bleach. This is a repeat violation. WARNING.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 80.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Thursday, July 20th, 2023.
