Discussed with owner after the routine inspection and staff on site at this time regarding the main prep cooler. Temperature currently being monitored but not recorded.

Facility is now required to record temperature of this particular cooler twice/daily- every morning and before dinner shift - both top and bottom part.
Temperature records will be checked during the next routine inspection. Keep them on site for review.

Cooler drawers below the grill will be repaired again as advised by the owner. Owner received the quote from the service company and will be done by the end of this month.
Please contact the health inspector once repaired.
