-Walk-in freezer beside walk-in cooler in kitchen area at - 18 deg. C
-Walk-in cooler at kitchen area at 4 deg. C
-Holding freezer #1 at -17 deg. C
-Holding freezer #2 at -17 deg. C
-Holding freezer # 3 at -15 deg. C
-Customer order fridge at -3 deg. C (bottom), -24 deg. C (top compartment)
-Reach in freezer at -11 deg. C
-Large freezer at -21 deg. C
-Chest freezer at -18 deg. C
-Chest freezer with transparent top lid at -13 deg. C
-Ice machine well maintained
-Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at plate level
-Sanitizer bucket x 2 at production area at 200 ppm chlorine

-Staff observed to be wearing hairnet, gloves and uniforms
