Routine inspection: water treatment and bottling operation Spring water is delivered and stored in holding tanks. Spring water is treated by filtration, UV, then ozonation. At this time there is no treatment and bottling of city water. pH adjustment is done in a dedicated batch tank. Treatment room clean and organized. Holding tanks (4) for spring water is sanitized with a caustic acid solution. Batch codes and best before dates in place. Microbiological testing done on bottled water. Mineral analysis done upon request from clients. Bottling area clean and organized. Bottling is completely automated. Once palletized product is stored on shelves in the warehouse. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection. Chemicals stored in a secure area.
