Hand sanitizer for diners near cafeteria line and on walls near dining area and at entrance. Washrooms generally clean. Prep tables generally clean. Fridge temperatures below 4C. Freezer temperatures below -25C. Dry storage area clean and well organized. Operator using 0.5% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide for food contact surfaces. Dishwasher sanitizing rinse temperature 75.1C. Pack of Ensure is past Expiry date. Please note nutrition content may not be maintained for this product past expiry. Recommend not to use for immunocompromised clients or refer to Dietitian for more information. Mouse trap is upside down - please place correct according to instructions. No violations noted at time of inspection. No signature required due to Covid19 precautions.
