-Follow-up inspection to August 26, 2019.
-Prep cooler has been serviced and was adjusted to a cooler temperature. Cooler unit was at 2C.
-Hot holding unit has been serviced and temperatures have been increased. Hot hold case was greater than 60C.
-Continue to monitor both the hot holding unit and cooler unit and service as needed.
