- Required cleaning completed
- No perishable foods stored at room temperature. Staff were actively preparing food for lunch rush at time of inspection.
- Operator provided manufacturer's instructions for ice machine. Notes discussed with operator at time of inspection: include information regarding frequency of cleaning/sanitizing (once a month is recommended), including sanitizing (100ppm) step after cleaning with mild detergent, change cloth drying step to air drying.
- Liquid soap in pump style dispenser available at all hand sinks.
