Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Facility is well maintained.
- Temperature of front pizza prep cooler noted at 4C
- Undercounter small cooler at front 2C
- Beverage cooler at 1C
- Walk in cooler at 4C
- Stand up freezer at -18C
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs were present and the facility uses QUATS as sanitizer. Staff stated that the sanitizer solution is prepared manually and the concentration is verified using test strips.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer spray bottles.
- Equipment and utensils were maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Food storage and handling practices were found satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Back door was properly closed.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (Exp Jan, 2027)
- Permit was posted at the front.
