- Sanitizer solution in use throughout kitchen food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine

NOTE: Remove VINEGAR bottle used for cleaning/sanitizing from facility. If solution is used to clean glass then indicate this. Employee on duty discussed it was used for dough press in combination with bleach. Only the bleach solution is to be used in a restaurant setting for sanitizing.
