- Hand washing sink was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Food preparation sink maintained in sanitary condition
- Bleach sanitizer solution available in labelled spray bottle at 100 ppm (chlorine residual).
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 86C at the dish surface during rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Refrigerator measured at 1C. Freezer measured at -18C
