Comments

-Renovations have taken place. The kitchen has expanded. Submit updated floor plans for the kitchen within 2 weeks.
-Install a paper towel dispenser at the hand sink inside the kitchen. Currently, the dispenser is at the other side of the room and is too far away from the sink.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
