Provide a cover such as plastic wraps, aluminum foil or lids. Correction date: Aug 28 2018 Violation Score: 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Rodent droppings noted in the following locations: -under the 2 compartment sink -under the dry storage shelves -under the stove Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings noted in the infraction. Clean and sanitize the areas affected by rodent activity to deactivate bacteria, viruses and pheromones which may attract more rodents. Correction date: Aug 31 2018 Violation Score: 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler's temperature noted at 4.5 deg. C. The temperature log indicated 41 deg. F everyday for the last 3 days. Technician was called to get the cooler serviced. Corrective Action(s): A staff dialed the coolers setting down. Temperature observed at 3.6 deg. C. Continue monitoring for the temperature.

Test strips available. -All goods 15 cm off the floor -General sanitation is adequate (except infraction 304 and 302) -Pest control company report reviewed (Ecolab, July 25) -Temperature logs available and up-to-date -Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
