Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings noted in the infraction. Clean and sanitize the areas affected by rodent activity to deactivate bacteria, viruses and pheromones which may attract more rodents.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk-in cooler's temperature noted at 4.5 deg. C. The temperature log indicated 41 deg. F everyday for the last 3 days. Technician was called to get the cooler serviced.
Corrective Action(s): A staff dialed the coolers setting down. Temperature observed at 3.6 deg. C. Continue monitoring for the temperature.
