Restaurant is currently take-out only
-Handwash station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Walk in cooler at 2 deg C
- All line coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Walk in freezer at -19 deg C
-Food is stored on first in first out basis
-All foods stored off floor
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle
- Glasswasher in bar area achieve 12.5 ppm iodine residual
- FOODSAFE certified staff onsite
- no hot holding at time of inspection
-General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pests at time of inspection


**Spray sanitizer "Grasroots- Disinfectant": unable to find active ingredient during inspection, will f/u to determine whether this product is suitable for use on food contact surfaces in your kitchen. As discussed, bleach is also an acceptable surface sanitizer (at 100 ppm chlorine, 1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water)
