-Follow-up inspection to June 29, 2020.
-Cooked beef made this morning was cooling in the cooler and was at 6C. Cooked meats must be cooled from 60C to 20C in 2 hours or less and from 20C to 4C in 4 hours or less.
-Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure all equipment is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled.
-Condensed milk still stored in an opened container. Once metal cans of food are opened, the contents must be transferred into a food grade container.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
