Note: The kitchen was not in use at the time of the inspection.

- General sanitation is good.
- Two compartment sink used for handwashing. Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm bleach concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle. Ensure that the water temperature for each cycle is meeting min 71C at the plate's level.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- Domestic cooler: < or = 4C
- Domestic freezer: < or = -18C
- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
