General sanitation- satisfactory. Hand-sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. Walk in cooler at 3.5C. Walk in freezer - satisfactory. All other cooler < = at 4C. Hot holding > 60C. Insert thermometers - available. Note:Time tracking in place via stickers. High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.5C on rinse cycle. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm in rag buckets throughout facility. 3 compartment sink - satisfactory. Storage - organized. Fan hood - satisfactory. No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection. Staff washroom - clean; supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap/paper towel.
