1) Duct tape observed on the lid of the ice machine
2) Lid to chest freezer containing ice cream is cracked, exposing insulation
3) Hole in the floor repaired with a foam-like substance.
Corrective Action(s): Materials must be impervious to water, smooth and easily cleaned. Repair all areas noted.
