The follow up inspection was rescheduled for 2 pm as per the telephone call on February 18, 2021. Note: Surrey Fire Service Order To Comply received via email. All equipment covered and electrical devices such as a freezer and coolers unplugged. Light fixtures are covered. Painting is in progress. Note: No food or food preparation at the time of inspection. New fan hood installed but not connected yet to ventilation air duct. Note: Fire suppression system is not incorporated in the ventilation hood system. Discuss with the owner that it is responsibility of the owner to comply with requirements of the different agencies and met their conditions. Note: Pictures are taken at the time of inspection.
