Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection low temperature dishwasher registered 0ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Bulk sanitizer bucket empty.
Corrective Action(s): Operator replaced with new bulk sanitizer bucket and primed sanitizer line. 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Reminder to verify dishwasher sanitizer level is checked using the available test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both designated hand sinks in kitchen paper towel dispensers empty.

After correction both hand sinks in kitchen provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Note: drainage for the hand sink by dishwashing area is very slow.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle.
Dishwasher after correction 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle.
Both preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower sections at or below 4 degrees C.
Sliding glass door cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C.
