-Follow-up inspection conducted to assess functionality of sanitizer dispenser. -Dispenser now releases 200ppm QUATS at time of inspection - good. -Temperature logs now maintained and up-to-date. -Handsink is available for use and no defrosting in lukewarm water was noted. Beginning today, you will need to maintain daily sanitizer logs. Verify each day that the dispenser is releasing 200ppm QUATS. Thank you for your co-operation.
