Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink next to the 3 compartment sink at the front processing area had a large sink plug obstructing use.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all hand washing sinks are clear from obstructions and easily accessible. Operator removed object from sink.

Routine Inspection conducted:
- All other hand washing stations equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- All coolers at 4C or below
- All freezers at -18C or below
- Temperature records are available and up to date
- QUATS sanitizer spray bottle and dispenser at 200ppm
- 3 compartment sinks available for manual ware washing
- Ice machine is in good sanitary condition
- Back processing room has a temperature of 10C
- Bandsaw and meat grinder taken apart to clean and sanitize in between different meat products
- All food products stored 15cm / 6in off ground and properly labelled
- No pest activity observed during inspection
- General sanitation of facility is satisfactory.
