Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer quats measured 200 ppm. Fridge registered at 3-4 deg C. Bottom freeze of fridge was at -14 deg C (cookies only). Deep freezer was at -18 deg C. Breakfast room: Yogurt cooler was at 4 deg C. Dairy dispenser cooler was at 2-3 deg C. Line cooler was at 2-3 deg C. High temp dishwasher (linen area) reached 74 deg C at plate surface. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
