Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Smaller 2 door prep cooler mainly used to store produce. It is freezing and likely needs regular defrosting. Potentially hazardous foods (cooked pasta noodles, cheese) is at 48F / about 9C for more than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods (cooked pasta and cheese) discarded during inspection. Only use this cooler to store potentially hazardous foods if it can keep them at 4 C/ 40 F or colder.
