A follow-up inspection was conducted as per the routine inspection, the following observations were made:
- The exhaust canopy was professionally cleaned this week, as per service sticker.
- Cleaning of tables legs, exterior surfaces of containers, handles, and exterior surfaces of equipment have been cleaned.
- Discussed inspection results with staff, no signature obtained due to pandemic. A copy of the report was provided to the staff at time of the inspection.
ACTION:
The walls behind and beneath the cooking station have accumulated grease. Wash these areas EVERY night to remove the grease.
The wall behind the chest freezer in the kitchen is sticky and has accumulated food. Wash this wall EVERY night to remove the food.
The space between the chest freezer and upright fridge, in the kitchen, has accumulated food and debris. The sides of the freezer and fridge are dirty. Move the fridge so the fridge and freezer surfaces can be washed to remove the food and grease.
**Correction date: Oct. 16/20**

A follow-up inspection will be completed to ensure the mentioned areas have been cleaned.
