Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Egg patties stored in the hot holding units measured with an internal food product temperature of 56C. Operator stated they were cooked less than 30 mintues.
Corrective Action(s): Reheat the egg patties to 74C. Adjust the temperature switch on the hot holding unit to ensure above 60C is maintained.

Observation: The cold water faucet for two hand washing stations located at the front serving area was broken.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the aforementioned cold water faucet and ensure hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels are provided at each hand washing station. Correct by: Jun 10, 2019.
