All temperatures meet health requirements and temperature records are being maintained
Dishwasher reached 180F and log is being maintained - be sure to run the machine again until you acheive 180F. some days show less than 180F. Operator explained the temperature is typically from the first run, but by the second run it reaches 180.
General cleanliness is good - minor cleaning needed in domestic white fridge
