Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer bucket in the front cashier area did not have any sanitizer in it. There was no sanitizer bucket in use in the back of house.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that there's sanitizer available for use in the back of house as well as the front. Refresh sanitizer every 1-2 hours as needed. Don't store the sanitizer bucket inside the sink in the front service area as discussed.

pH of sushi rice is around 3.5
Salmon is still being purchased from Angel Seafoods Ltd.
