General sanitation- satisfactory. Hand sinks (one across ice cream machine, and one beside 3 compartment sink)supplied with soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. Ice cream freezer - satisfactory. Coolers - satisfactory. Thermometers present in both coolers. Note: Surface sanitizer/Bleach/ has been prepared at the time of inspection (100 ppm chlorine residual). Foods stored off floor. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
