Comments

Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Coolers were at below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
Freezers were at or below -18 degree C / 0 degrees F.
No hot holding was occurring at the time of inspection.
Temperature records were in place however were not being maintained by staff on weekend shifts. *Please ensure that food handlers/servers maintain accurate refrigeration temperature records on at least a daily basis.
100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter (81.1 degrees C) at the plate.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
FOODSAFE training: It was discussed that FOODSAFE Level 1 certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013 expire July 29, 2018 and training can be re-validated by successfully completing the FOODSAFE Level 1 full course or FOODSAFE Level 1 Refresher course if eligible.
