Chest freezer at -21 degrees C. 2 compartment sink provided with hot.cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Probe thermometer available for use. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
