Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No liquid soap available at handsink in cake decorating area.
Corrective Action(s): Liquid soap replaced at time of inspection. All handsinks must always be stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. Keep extra stock so that you do not have to wait for a delivery of your soap.

Observation: There is water coming through the tiles and the metal panel on the floor of the walk in cooler entrance (by the ice cream dispenser machines). Supervisor on site indicated that a working order has been placed to fix the issue.
Corrective Action(s): Address and stop the leak such that there is no more pooling water by your walk in cooler as this will lead to unsanitary conditions.

All handsinks have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Prep cooler by the drive thru window: 3.2 deg C
Prep cooler with sandwich inserts at 3.9 deg C; as discussed, do not fill inserts to the top. If the chopped vegetables are found to be a greater than 4 deg C for longer than 2 hours, they must be discarded.
All other coolers at 4 deg C or less
All freezers at -18 deg C or less
Temperature logs maintained daily
General sanitation satisfactory; ensure to clean in the undercounter storage area where the dry ice cream cones are stored, there is some cone debris in between the boxes and the cupboard walls.
