Reviewed dishwashing process and cleaning, sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Spray bottle equipped with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Provided translated dishwasher signage. Cleaning conducted of herb storage room. Ensure cleaning under shelves and corners is conducted weekly. Ensure no food inventory is stored on the floor. All food inventory to be stored on shelving 6" off the floor. Reviewed safe glove use.
