To limit further pest issues, ensure all foods are stored in pest proof containers, garbage is removed daily, and all standing water is removed. Follow all recommendations from the pest control operator.

Comments

-Upright refrigerator/freezers were at 4C/-12 and 4C/-13C
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods were stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 1, 2024.
