Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer measured >200ppm at time of inspection. Test strip bleached out fully.

Observation: In walk-in freezer:
1. frozen cubed meats observed to be stored in black garbage bag. Garbage bags may contain chemicals that may leech onto food.
2. Blood pool observed under box of frozen meat. Frozen fruit stored next to box, and located very close to bloody pool
3. Frozen prepacked food observed to be stored on floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Garbage bags must not be used to store food. If container is needed, use containers made of food grade materials.

2. Clean puddle of blood. Do not store raw meats next to ready-to-eat food products.
3. Products must be stored off floor for ease of cleaning

Pest control reports suggest no captures since January 31.
