Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-CWGS79:

> Walk-in cooler now has ambient air temperature of 3.6C. Temperature checks have been occurring hourly to ensure temperatures do not rise to above 4C.
> Eggs are now stored in the back portion of the cooler.
> Facility had the cooler serviced on the morning of Oct 11 - service technician was able to do some adjustments to keep the temperature below 4C for the meantime but indicated that a part involving the compressor unit will need to be replaced.
> Facility is now waiting on the part. Continue to monitor temperatures frequently. Update EHO once the part has been installed.

No other concerns at this time.
