-Designated handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
-Double-compartment sink near the cook line was also supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
-Proper handwashing practices were observed.
-2-compartment ware-washing sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at least 71 degrees C (measured at 74.2 degrees C) at the plate/utensil level.
-200 ppm Quaternary ammonium compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Upright two-door cooler (measured at 3.5 degrees C) and under-the-counter cooler (measured at 0.3 degrees C) in the kitchen were at 4 degrees C or less.
-Domestic cooler (containing cream) in the dining area was at 4 degrees C or less (measured at approximately 1.9 degrees C).
-Domestic freezer and chest freezer for bread storage were at -18 degrees C or less.
-Upright freezer was at -18 degrees C or less.
-Raw meat was stored on the lowest shelving unit of the upright cooler separately from ready-to-eat food.
-Open dry food ingredients were stored in pest proof containers with lids.
-No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
-Pest control program is in place on a weekly basis via Aggressive Pest Control.
-Most recent pest control visit from earlier today (September 6, 2023) indicated no pest activity.
-Chef held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course training (expiration date: January 21, 2028).
-Permit to operate was posted. Permit decal (to be affixed to the permit to operate) for the current fiscal year was hand delivered.
