Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Missing surface sanitizer.
- Staff was skipping sanitizing step during two sink dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): - Staff prepared surface sanitizer at the time of the inspection.
- Fraser Health two sink dishwashing method poster provided. Ensure that all equipment and dishes are properly sanitized using min 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. This will be verified during the next follow up inspection.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing paper towels at the back handwashing station.
Corrective Action(s): Staff restocked the dispenser with paper towels at the time of the inspection. Ensure that paper towel dispenser is fully stocked at all times to properly wash and dry hands prior to food preparation.

Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Two compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach solution. Ensure to follow the proper three sink warewashing method. Poster provided.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- Thermometers available in all other refrigeration units.
- Immediately begin daily temperature log for all coolers. Template provided at the time of the inspection.
- Immediately begin time tracking or stamps for toppings stored at room temperature.
