All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C. or colder. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Dishwasher final rinse reached 72 degrees C. at the plate surface during final rinse. General sanitation is overall very good. Walk in cooler and freezer are well organized Quat sanitizer measured 200 PPM residual in spray bottle.
