Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C. 1 cooler turned off and not used for storing any food/drinks. Staff stated that it will returned to supplier. - Chest freezers at -33C & -21C - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - No signs of pest activity observed.
