1General operation manager for this site is changed.
-Temp. all coolers & freezer satisfactory
- Quats sanitizer > 200 ppm
- Paper Towel & liquid soap are provided
- Temp. Hot holding units all > 60 C
- Good personal Hygiene noted by staff. Staff are wearing hair net good.
- No sign of pests noted inside.
-Temperature log sheet is maintained.
-General sanitation is satisfactory, noted an improvement .

* No Onion ring preparation is allowed at this site

* Please let me know when the two compartment sink will be changed to a three compartment sink as discussed in the consultation with the previous operation manager on Jan 12/2018. Also send the time line re: installing the new flooring for storage room via email no longer then Aug 24/2018.
