General sanitation - satisfactory. Refrigerators: - Coolers at < or = 4 C. - Freezers (upright) at < or = -18 C. All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers. Food storage - satisfactory. Domestic dishwasher - satisfactory (Use bleach solution at 100 ppm to sanitize items and utensils). Note: Surface sanitizer is available but spray doesn't working at the time of inspection. Please replace a spray bottle or repair it. Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Dry storage area - organized. Recommendation: - Please keep paper towel handy near the 2-compartment sink. Note: Treatments for pests have been done two times by a pest service. Please keep regular cleaning and monitoring for pests issue.
