- Pizza held at about 55 degrees Celsius for less than one hour
- Pizza prep table: ingredients in inserts are used up approximately every 2 hours
- Walk in cooler and pizza prep table cooler hold below 4 degrees Celsius
- Standing freezer holds below -18 degrees Celsius
- Vent hood ranges are clean over pizza oven and deep fryer area
- Pizza dough mixer is clean and free of food debris
- No food debris accumulation throughout kitchen, no clutter, no signs of pest activity
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
