Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on October 19, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B5PQSG). - Store manager has confirmed that they cannot get the dispenser bottle to release 200 ppm quats reliably, and that the sanitizer is now manually diluted by directly extracting QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser bottle - Use your test strips to confirm that manually diluted QUATS solution is per manufacturer's prescribed concentration (e.g. 200-400 ppm) - QUATS spray bottle at 400 ppm QUATS at time of inspection Ensure that you follow your cleaning and sanitizing schedule and document.
