At this inspection dated October, 2022 there were 17 children, two staff, the Manager and the Licensee contact present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection a facility risk assessment tool was completed and a copy will be provided.

The inspection findings were reviewed with the Licensee contact at the time of inspection and a copy of the inspection report and risk assessment were provided to the Licensee contact on this date.
