Overall, premise is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Hand washing station fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running water. New 3 compartment sink installed. Waiting for last of fixtures to be completed. Dishwasher has been removed. This is acceptable. Service is take out only. File updated. 200ppm chlorine sanitizer in use. No signs of pests. Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks. - Coolers at 4C and below. - Freezers at -18C and below. - Hot holding unit at 67C and above. Permit posted at front service area.
